The Establishment of Seagulls : established to cater to the ever changing media consumption needs of the Jordanian market, and to enrich the Jordanian media scene through the acquisition, promotion and creation of content delivery platforms. 
*In this year Seagulls pioneered cinema screen advertising in Jordan
 
* 1997
 
Acquiring advertising in the Galleria theaters by  as the exclusive advertising mediums holders

* 1998
 
Acquisition of strategic back lit roof top outdoor locations and adding those locations to its portfolio.
* Commenced configuring a network of tactical 4x3 outdoor locations that expanded to over 1000 panels across the Kingdom (Sightes), Sightes units are found in high traffic, high exposure locations.
 
* 1999
 
Launching the first in Jordan - 4x3 Sightes networks beginning with (nationwide network).
* In the same year Seagulls begun the installation of the first one of a kind wallunits.

* 2003
 
was the establishment of Seagulls Communications in Dubai as its selling arm in the heart of the region’s key metropolis
* Introducing Jordan’s only cooking magazine, “Millh Wa Soukkar” which quickly emerged as a popular local and regional monthly Arabic magazine with a extremely loyal readership who anxiously await next month’s cooking recipes
 
* 2004
 
Generating its first private owned radio station licensed and launched Mood 92.0 FM; creating a loyal listenership of affluent upper class residents of Amman .

* 2005
 
Launching a new CHR format radio station called “Beat 102.5 FM” which targets Jordan’s youth broadcasting the freshest English hits, 24/7.
* In the Same year Seagulls Entered a joint venture with National Broadcast and introduced an Arabic CHR format radio station “Mazaj 95.3 FM” which is considered today as one of the top three Arabic radio stations in Jordan.

* 2007
 
The beginning of the Uplifting of Sightes, as Seagulls commenced installing the Kingdom’s only scrolling 4x3 networks in Amman. A one of a kind back lit and scrolling 4x3, designed by internationally acclaimed design houses, who’s sketches were inspired by Amman’s soul, culture and modern urban development.
 
* 2009
 
Seagulls OOH was awarded the exclusive contract to design, manufacture, manage and maintain a Coordinated Street Furniture Program by winning a bid proposed by GAM.
*Seagulls OOH has developed a wide range of product offering including Transit shelters, benches, litter receptacles, 2M² Advertising Panels and many other Street furniture elements. 
* Same year Seagulls launched the first of it is kind indoor network of 2 Sq meter (2M2)Units and other platforms in Al Baraka Mall in Al Sweifieh area, speaking directly to a niche audience, capturing their attention and achieving the desired brand engagement.

* 2010
 
Introducing 2M2 outdoor networks and transit Shelters to the Jordanian Market .
